ALD, based in Belfast, are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for its growing business. Please see further details on the post below.

Responsibilities include:

  • Credit Control
  • Computerised stock management
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Sales ledger duties including invoicing
  • General communication with customers and suppliers
  • Tender support to the estimating team
  • General administration

Essential Qualification/Requirements

  • 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C to include English Language & Mathematics
  • Proficient in Excel & all Microsoft packages with good keyboard skills
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy commercial environment, or
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure & use own initiative
  • An excellent telephone manner

Salary:  £15,000 - £18,000
